Estelle Hondermarck is appointed CEO of AXA Partners France
AXA Partners announces the appointment of Estelle Hondermarck as CEO of AXA Partners France, effective January 12, 2024, replacing Paul-Antoine Cristofari, who has decided to leave the AXA Group.
Estelle Hondermarck is expanding her responsibilities within the Executive Committee of the AXA Partners Group, where she has held the position of CEO of AXA Partners Credit & Lifestyle Protection (CLP) since October 2022, thereby becoming CEO of the AXA Partners France region and of Credit & Lifestyle Protection (CLP).
Pierre-Emmanuel Lefebvre is appointed CEO of AXA Partners CLP and reports to Estelle Hondermarck.
Estelle has done a remarkable job within, and then at the helm of AXA Partners Credit & Lifestyle Protection. I am convinced that she will bring to AXA Partners France the experience gained in her current role, her great knowledge of the insurance industry, as well as her human and managerial qualities. With the support of Pierre-Emmanuel Lefebvre as CEO of AXA Partners CLP, I have full confidence in her ability to drive AXA Partners' ambition in both our assistance activities in France and our credit and lifestyle insurance activities internationally.
I want to thank Paul-Antoine Cristofari for his significant contributions to AXA, over the past 20 years. Paul-Antoine joined AXA in 2004 and served in various leadership positions in AXA GIE and AXA France before joining AXA Partners in 2018. As Global Head of Sales, Marketing and Distribution and then CEO of AXA Partners France, he has successfully driven the commercial development of AXA Partners, always keeping our customer satisfaction in mind.
Biographies
Estelle Hondermarck began her career in finance and auditing roles for companies such as Accor and Ernst & Young. She has then joined the AXA Group in 2011 and held various financial control positions covering more than 21 countries worldwide. In 2016, she was in charge of integrating the Genworth-LPI portfolio in AXA France. In 2019, she joined AXA Partners Credit & Lifestyle Protection (CLP) as Head of Business Acceleration and Finance, and was then appointed Director of Business Acceleration and Governance in 2021. Since October 2022, she has held the position of CEO of AXA Partners CLP. Estelle is a graduate of ESCP Business School.
Pierre-Emmanuel Lefebvre joined the AXA Partners Group in 2015, responsible for international development strategy. He then evolved as CEO of AXA Partners France for 5 years, and most recently held responsibilities for transformation and management of Operations on a global scale since April 2022. Prior to this, he held project management and transformation roles with Aviva in London and Paris, as well as with Barclays in France and internationally. Pierre-Emmanuel Lefebvre is a graduate of Arts & Métiers ParisTech engineering school and the ESSEC Business School.
