AXA Partners aims to enable customers to resume travel safely : increasing to more than 4,500 testing centers into its medical worldwide network, AXA Partners has teamed up with SYNLAB, Europe’s leading medical diagnostic services provider in order to proactively support corporate clients to help their customers.
AXA Partners is delivering Travel mobility enablers to allow customers to resume travel safely and for corporate clients to proactively provide them with solutions in the current pandemic context.
One of these enablers is the addition into AXA Partners international worldwide medical providers network of more than 4,500 testing centers, performing accessible and reliable PCR Tests that may be required for crossing borders, taking a flight, or showing COVID-19 symptoms.
To go a step beyond, AXA Partners engages into a partnership with SYNLAB, Europe’s leading medical diagnostic services provider, providing to its corporate customers and employees access to COVID-19 test related services (PCR tests, antigen tests and self-administrated test kits if country regulation permits) at competitive prices, and ensuring delivery of PCR testing results within 24 to 48 hours. The partnership is applicable to more than 10 countries in Europe, including Spain, Portugal and France, and covers around 900 testing centers and may be extended further to other countries.
How to reach a nearby SYNLAB testing center?
Customers and employees will either search onto a free locator, or in AXA Partners vetted medical network whereby SYNLAB centers are ranked first on search results as being labelled “preferred”, or by calling their usual AXA assistance number.
To benefit from preferred conditions of the partnership, customers will provide to SYNLAB testing centers either their AXA policy number or AXA Assistance phone number or quote the name of AXA Partners corporate clients. AXA Partners employees will display their AXA Partners employee’s email or access badge.
By enabling a reliable, easy, and affordable access to COVID tests, AXA Partners is reinforcing its capabilities to deliver concrete solutions to actively support customers during this pandemic.
