AXA Partners reveals the 2nd episode of its “Real Life Stories” video series enhancing real customers' testimonials

AXA Partners, a global player in assistance service, travel insurance and credit & lifestyle protection reveals today the second episode of its series called “Real Life Stories”, showcasing authentic customers testimonies. This episode is the reconstitution of the real story of Baby Ian, who was repatriated from the US to his home in the UK after being prematurely born while his parents were travelling in the United States.

In this series, launched last November 2023, AXA Partners is reconstructing for the very first-time true events with the direct testimony of its customers, after their consent. The series is putting the assistance agents in the spotlight with their care and assistance mission and shows how - while listening and nurturing the relationships with the customers in vulnerable moments - they efficiently manage remotely a global network of professionals and providers to help and protect customers anytime, anywhere.

While the first episode was featuring real protagonists whom AXA Partners assisted during a car break down, in Spain, this second episode, also directed by David le Glanic and produced by the Elephant agency, demonstrates again the collaboration between operation teams - the assistance agents and our global network of professionals here in the US and UK. It immerses us in the parents’ journey and pays tribute to the dedication of the assistance agents who took care of the family’s safety, coordinating a complex medical set-up and dealing with arduous administrative formalities.

Every day, AXA Partners’ assistance agents across the globe handle 80 000 customers’ calls: from simple cases, such as assisting them with the replacement of a flat tire, to more complex and emergency situations, be it at home or while traveling.

Starting today this second episode is displayed on the company digital platforms. Watch the full story through this link (Youtube).

It was amazing to have the team from AXA Partners taking care of everything while we, parents, were focusing on our baby Ian. We'd be on the phone every few days with the assistance agents. The events could have been a disaster, but in the end it went well because a lot was taken care of by AXA Partners.
The teams arranged everything, including the final flight back home. So, without the agents from AXA Partners, Ian would have been in danger. Today our son is happy and healthy thanks to the AXA Partners agents.
